Materials:

Small amounts of worested weight crochet cotton
Size G crochet hook
Darning needle
Oval shaped fragrant soap approx. 3.5 ounces

Pattern is worked in rounds:

Rnd 1: Ch 4, 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (beginning ch 4 counts as 1st dc), join in top of beginning ch 4 (12 dc).

Rnd 2: Ch 4 (counts as 1st dc and ch 1) * dc in next st, ch 1 repeat from * around, join in 3rd ch of beginning ch 4 (12 dc, 12 ch 1 spaces).

Rnd 3: Sl st in 1st ch 1 sp, ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in same sp, * 2 dc in next sp, repeat from * around, join in top of beginning ch 3 (24 dc).

Rnd 4: Sl st in 1st st, sl st between next 2 sts, ch 2 (counts as 1st hdc) hdc in same sp, skip next 2 sts, * 2 hdc in sp after skipped 2 sts, skip next 2 sts, repeat from * around, join to 2nd ch of beginning ch 2 (24 hdc).

Rnd 5: Ch 3, skp next st, * hdc in next st, ch 1, skp next st, repeat from * around, join in 2nd ch of beginning ch 3 (12 hdc, 12 ch 1 spaces).

Rnd 6: Sl st in 1st ch 1 space, ch 3, * hdc in next ch 1 sp, ch 1, repeat from * around, join in 2nd ch of beginning ch 3 (12 hdc, 12 ch 1 sps).

Rnd 7: Sl st in 1st ch 1 sp, ch 2, hdc in same sp, * 2 hdc in next sp, repeat from * around, join to top of beginning ch 2 (24 hdc).

Rnd 8: Ch 3 (counts as 1st hdc and ch 1), skip next st, * hdc in next st, ch 1, skip next st, ch 1, repeat from * around, joint to 2nd ch of beginning ch 3 (12 hdc, 12 ch 1 sps).

Rnd 9: Sl st in 1st sp, ch 3, dc in same sp, * 2 dc in next sp, repeat from * around, join in top of ch 3 (24 dc).

Rnd 10: Ch 3 (counts as 1st hdc and ch 1), skip next st, * hdc in next st, ch 1, skip next st, repeat from * around, join in 2nd ch of beginning ch 3 (12 hdc, 12 ch 1 sps).

Rnd 11: Sl st in 1st sp, ch 3, 2 dc in same sp, ch 1, * 3 dc in next sp, ch 1, repeat from * around, join in top of beginning ch 3 (36 dc, 12 ch 1 sps).

Rnd 12: Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, ch 3, * skip next st, sc in next st, ch 3, repeat from * around, join in beginning sc (24 ch 3 sps).

With darning needle, weave in all loose ends.

Tie: Ch 50, end off, trim ends. Weave through rnd 10. Insert soap, tie in bow.
